The Person Samuel Burger
For four years I worked as a design engineer with Pro Engineer, NX and Teamcenter in the 3D CAD injection moulds industry, thus I know the needs of the users well, until I was able to work in the area that really interested me.
Being a design engineer was, so to say, a stepping stone for what I really wanted to become.
Since 2008 my focus has been on supporting NX software, Teamcenter PLM system, Search engine for identical parts. I was engaged more and more with developing add-on programs using NX Open- API in the .NET framework and ITK /SOA development on the Teamcenter side.
So as to improve the workflow in-house, I programmed different websites with database queries. Besides that I configured firewalls with VPN solutions and general IT requirements like server landscapes, virtual desktops, monitoring and software deployments with Acmp. I also developed solutions for external sites and home office.
I took the step into self-employment in 2022, starting out as an independent business owner, and since 2023 I have been the owner and managing director of FLEX-IT GmbH.
